Black operations are secret operations that are government related and which are not meant for the public to know. Most of the time, the operations involved illegal activities and they are often portrayed to be non-existent.
These operations are the behind the scene activities of the Dark Ones and they frequently work with technology that are far more advanced than what is in the public domain. The United States Department of Defense has a black budget that is being used to fund many of these black projects. The annual black budget was estimated to be $32 billion in 2008, $50 billion in 2009, $56 billion in 2010 and $56 billion as well in 2011.
There are many secret underground bases being constructed all over the world. It was being revealed that there are more than a hundred underground military bases in the United States alone. Information reported on these bases indicates that these bases are interconnected with high-speed trains that use magnetic levitation. These bases are also known as Deep Underground Military Bases (D.U.M.B.s).
Phillip Schneider was a structural engineer an expert in explosives on geologic structures and a geologist. He was involved in the construction of several of the deep underground bases. During the last two years of his life, he had been giving lectures throughout the United States on government cover ups. In 1995, he was reported to have committed suicide. Of course, he was most likely liquidated for revealing secrets.
The Montauk Project, believed to be an extension or continuation of the Philadelphia Experiment, was reported to be a United States government black operation that is concerned with the research and development of advance technology. Much information is being revealed about the Montauk Project by Stewart Swerdlow as he was involved in the project for 13 years.
For reasons such as the Freedom of Information Act, certain classified information is required to be declassified.
Project MK-ULTRA was a CIA human experimentation black operation that was declassified. It was notorious for its mind control program that involves using various forms of abuse and torture. There are several people who were part of the program that have gone public to disclose such heinous activities as well as other atrocities. After World War II, Nelson Rockefeller brought around 3,000 Nazis into the United States under Operation Paperclip, an Office of Strategic Services (OSS) program. The OSS would later become the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). These Nazis became agents in many of the government agencies such as the CIA, FBI, NASA, NSA etc. and were given positions in organizations owned by the Rockefellers. It is in the company Atlantic Richfield that the Nazis were involved in implementing and using many of the mind control programs.
The Stargate Project was declassified in 1995 and included was an important scientific study on extrasensory perception called Remote Viewing. It generally allows one to receive information on anything regardless of place and time. It is no surprise that the military would want to use remote viewing to gather intelligence.
Since its declassification and that basically remote viewing can be learned by anyone, information that was to be kept secret or was previously unknown in general has been revealed by remote viewers. For example, such information can be found in the work of remote viewers such as Ingo Swann and Courtney Brown.
